SHORT CURRICULUM AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY

 

Claudio Rossi  was born in Forlė, Italy, in 1971. He received the M. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna in 1997. In 2001 he received the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the same University, with a thesis on "Power Conditioning System for the improvement of the network power quality". Since 2000, he has been assistant professor of Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Electronics. His present research activity is devoted to active power filters, cogeneration plants, power electronics and drives for electric vehicles. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Italy.
