Electric Drives for Automation M

Luca Zarri  (luca.zarri2@unibo.it)

EXAM

The exam consists at least of two parts, ie., a written test and a discussion of a project. The mark of the written test is in the range 0-30, whereas the mark of the project is usually in the range 0-3 (depending on the project complexity).

If a student is not satisfied by the mark of the written test, he/she can ask for an additional oral exam, provided that the mark of the written exam is at least greater than 15. The oral exam takes about 1 hour and covers all topics of the course.

The language of the exam is English.

The dates of the exams are reported on Almaesami or on this web page.

FAQ

How many times can I repeat the written text?  Students can repeat the written test as many times as they want.
When do I discuss the project? Students can discuss their project when they prefer (for example, there is no need to do it immediately after the written text) but only during one of the days devoted to exams (this means that it is not possible to make a special appointment)

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ME?

If you need to meet me, send an email. I usually receive students on Thursday afternoon.
I'm ALWAYS late... but do not worry. Try to get into the Department of Electrical Engineering (old building, 1st floor) and wait for me. Be patient.
